RE: Land Cruiser Prado 2.5TD For Sale, Silver 1992 model with 105210 miles
South Africa 4×4 accessories are of the best in the world and I’ve spent significant time purchasing this new equipment and adding it to my Land Cruiser e.g. National Lunar Dual Battery System, roof rack, attachable spade, Roo spot lights, new shocks etc. In short, this vehicle is in great shape and can travel to Europe tomorrow. I can save you all the hassle of car and equipment sourcing, shipping it to Africa to drive northwards and you’ll have a excellent 4X4 after you get to your destination.
I spent lots of time making sure my family would be safe so reliability was paramount and hence you to could capitalize on my meticulous manner. You can literally arrive here in Johannesburg, pick the car up and begin travelling here and northwards!
Here’s ALL of the 4X4 kit included in the sale. As you can see, it has everything you need and may have forgotten to take with you as we know what is important for a transAfrican trek.
High lift jack, bolted to the front bumper
x4 High lift points, welded to the chassis
Lifesaver jerry can water purifier (imperative for travelling in Africa)
Rear door gas cooker
Rear drawer system
Rear locker
Duel Battery Monitor and Control
Intelligent Solenoid
Odyssey Batteries x2, primary for vehicle starts and secondary for electrical equipment
Front Springs
Rear Springs
Dobson Front Shock Absorbers
Dobson Rear Shock Absorbers
Snorkel
X3 rear ELEC Din sockets – on aux 12v battery
Jerry can holders x6
Jerry Cans x5
Front runner roof carrier
ROO 100w spot lights
Tow bar
Roo 100W spot lights
Bug and Grass protection front radiator netting
50l water tank

It’s just been serviced by Ballies 4×4 in Midrand, their the best Land Cruiser outfit in Johannesburg in my opinion and regularly prepare vehicles for TransAfrica crossings.
Drop me a line if you are interested?
Nic
is that cruiser registered in south africa? and how much are you asking?
Hi Zack, thanks for your mail, they currently on an export license designated for RSA and carnet which is on it’s way back to the UK. Would you want one or both for SA or beyond? If you needed them for a business i could discount both…
What are your thoughts?
thanks
Nic A
well i would like the shorty seeing as we cant buy them in south Africa and i would use it privately not for any business
Hi there Zack
Thanks for your mail. Hope you are well…
When you say you want to take it on within a private capacity, what did you have in mind?
I realize this model is very rare to South Africa, though easy accessible for parts, but after registration (I’ve already acquired all the documents) there’s a 2 years no sales clause which comes into play.
Any thoughts?
Thanks
Nic Andela
do you mind naming the price
Am really interested
Hi William
Thanks for your comments,

South africa
Hi Gavin
The process is long and tedious, you have to have owned the car in the U.K. for a period of time and then apply for a LOA and an import permit. This is superseded by a DVLA export permit. The SWB has just been registered, I forms may have changed in the last year.
So the SWB may be available, yes.
Happy new year
Nic
Hi Nice
Is the cruiser still for sale?
Hi Eugene
Sorry for the delay, where are you based?
Are you looking for a classic short wheel base?
Thanks
Nic
Nic

Hi Brett
